Upon Receiving Your Order
You are responsible for inspecting your order upon delivery. If any damage occurred during shipping, you must report it within 48 hours.
Return Timelines
Within 48 Hours of Receipt
Shipping damage claims must be reported with photographic evidence to be considered valid.
Within 30 Days of Receipt
You may request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns. The remaining refund will be credited to your original payment method after we receive the returned item.
After 30 Days
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted beyond this period.
Damaged Products or Manufacturer Errors
Claims must include photographic evidence submitted with your RA# request. All returned items will be inspected to determine eligibility for repair, exchange, or refund. Damaged goods should be retained; we may require them to be returned using a provided shipping label.
Requesting a Return Authorization (RA#)
To initiate a return:

Include: your order number, reason for return, and images via our return portal. You’ll receive a response within 24–48 hours.
All returns must have and RA#
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days.
Return Eligibility
In-Stock Items:
Must be unused and returned in original, like-new packaging. Items with visible wear will be rejected.
Footwear:
Returns with damaged or marked packaging will incur a $5 re-boxing fee. Worn footwear will not be accepted.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items:
Final sale unless damaged. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Used Items:
Not eligible for return or exchange.
